If you want to use internet only for just browsing purpose at cheaper price, then Airtel mobile internet is a good option,not only browsing in your mobile but You can connect also it to ur PC and surf with its limited data plans at cheaper price.
The speed of internet is Ok to surf(Not too bad).But data plans are pretty expensive but worth in paying.
have a try once with either 1 day or 3 day plan, then feel it..

19Rs---->300MB(valid for 3 days)

1)Call 198(airtel toll free number) talk to customer care representative and get internet settings.
2)Setup your mobile connection with your PC either using Data cable or Bluetooth
3)Install Nokia PC Suite & Click on Internet option.
