If you want to use internet only for just browsing purpose at cheaper price, then TATA DOCOMO mobile internet is a good option,not only browsing in your mobile but You can connect also it to ur PC and surf with its limited data plans with cheaper price.
The speed of internet is Ok to surf(Not too bad). If you want to see videos & download movies and all better switch to some broadband or use 3G services.
The data plans:
5Rs---> 50MB (valid for 1 day)
15Rs--->500MB (valid for 3 days)
33Rs-->1GB(valid for 30 days and this 1GB should be utilized in between 11 PM to 7 AM rest of the time 10paise for 10KB)
48Rs-->1GB(valid for 30 days)
65Rs--->2.5GB(valid for 30 days)
95RS-->4GB (valid for 30 days)
148Rs-->8GB(valid for 30 days)
Once the threshold is exceeded 10paise will be charged for 10KB.
speed of internet would be just 50 to 100KBPS.
Configuring TATA DOCOMO internet to Laptop:
1)Keep atlease one Rupee balance in your Tata Docomo mobile
2)Send an SMS by typing INTERNET to 5211 (toll free)
3)U will receive settings in few mins, then save it.
4)Install Nokia PC Suite & Click on Internet option.
5)Click on Connect to internet option, the you will see this page.
8)Select Configure the connection manually, click next.
9)Enter the Acces point as "TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET" in capital letter as shown above.
10)Start enjoying surfing.
Note: Please try with small amount as 5RS plan or 15 Rupee, see the experiance, if you feel good then enjoy browising...

6) Click on Configure button, highlighted in black circle. Then you will find the One touch acces, Modem page which is present in the above image.
7)Select your Mobile which you are using, click next.
